PRIDES is designed to deliver more than a certificate and a highlight reel. Across six months you'll work through five game-changing themes - owning your edge, mastering influence, leading culture change and digital, building the commercial acumen and strategic fluency the executive level demands, and designing your future career with intention.
Add to that three 1:1 coaching sessions, a Gallup Strengths profile that reframes how you see yourself, and a cohort of women who push each other higher - and you leave with practical tools you'll reach for throughout your entire career and a peer network that becomes one of your most valuable professional assets.
