PRIDES is Glass Ladder's flagship six-month leadership program for senior women with 10+ years of experience who are ready to step into executive leadership - named after the lioness who achieve so much more together.
In a small cohort of 10, you'll move through five full-day workshops, three 1:1 coaching sessions and a Gallup Strengths Assessment - guided by women who have lived the realities of C-Suite leadership, not just studied them. The connections you make are as powerful as the program itself.
