With over 27 years as C-Suite executive, CEO, Director General and Board Chair, Megan has grown start-ups to successful sale, led turnarounds, navigated crisis (and lots of politics) without a playbook and been the only women in the room more times than she can count.
Known for her strategic mind and straight talking mentoring, Megan’s personal leadership philosophy has always been simple: one purpose, one team, have fun.
Megan founded Glass Ladder to package the experience, knowledge and scar tissue of numerous corporate women into many lessons that land to move the dial for the next generation of female leaders, to make their climbs easier, faster and more successful.
